JORNADA TÉCNICA DE TRATAMIENTO TÉRMICO. Technical Session on Heat Treatment

PRESENTACIÓN 

El sector de los tratamientos térmicos se enfrenta al desafío de proponer soluciones altamente innovadoras que permitan mejorar las características de los materiales con los que se fabrican piezas para industrias de tan alta exigencia como son la aeronáutica, naval o automoción, consiguiendo materiales más duraderos, flexibles y ligeros. 

El INSTITUTO DE FUNDICIÓN TABIRA y el centro AZTERLAN, con la colaboración de TRATER PRESS, organizan la VIII Jornada Técnica de Tratamiento Térmico (TRATER DAY 2025), que se celebrará el 16 de octubre en formato presencial en las instalaciones del Centro de Investigación Metalúrgica AZTERLAN. 

El principal objetivo de esta propuesta de trabajo es mejorar la posición tecnológica y competitiva de las empresas de la industria metal mecánica, presentando importantes innovaciones tecnológicas provenientes de los últimos desarrollos en el campo de los tratamientos térmicos. Esta jornada técnica de trabajo se posiciona como punto de encuentro para profesionales, técnicos y equipos de investigación especializados en los últimos avances e innovaciones en los distintos ámbitos de la industria del tratamiento térmico (tecnologías de temple, tratamientos superficiales, caracterización, medición, recubrimientos…). Se trata así de convocar tanto a las empresas referentes del sector como a los sectores estratégicos que los aplican (automoción, eólica, ferroviaria, aeronáutica, fundición, entre otras). 

PRESENTATION 

The Heat Treatment industry faces the challenge of proposing highly innovative solutions that improve the characteristics of the manufactured components, getting more durable, flexible and lightweight solutions. 

The working proposal set by the TABIRA FOUNDRY INSTITUTE and AZTERLAN Metallurgical Technical Centre, with the cooperation of TRATER PRESS, will take place in AZTERLAN on October 16th. 

The main objective of this proposal is to improve the technological and competitive position of the companies in the metal-mechanical industry, presenting important technological innovations coming from the latest developments in the field of heat treatments. The activity responds to the needs of companies from a practical point of view, introducing advanced experiences at an industrial level. This Technical Forum positions itself as a meeting point for professionals, technicians and research teams specialized in the Heat Treatment industry, calling so reference companies and strategic sectors which apply these treatments (Automotive, Wind Energy, Railway, Aeronautics, Foundry, among others).

Tratamendu termikoen sektoreak soluzio berritzaileak eskaintzeko erronka garrantzitsuari egin behar dio aurre, aeronautika, ontzigintza eta autogintza bezalako industrietan egiten diren exijentzia altuko piezak fabrikatzeko erabiltzen diren materialen ezaugarriak hobetzea lortu behar baita. 

AZTERLAN Metalurgia Ikerketa Zentriak eta TABIRA F.I.-k planteatutako lan proposamena Tratamendu Termikoen VIII Bilera Teknikoan jasotzen da, datorren urriaren 16 AZTERLANen Durangoko egoitzan egingo dena. Lan proposamen honen helburu nagusia da industria metal mekanikoan jarduten duten enpresen egoera teknologikoa eta lehiakortasuna hobetzea. Horretarako, tratamendu termikoen esparruan izan diren azken garapenen eta ikerketetatik datozen berrikuntza teknologikoen elementu garrantzitsuak erabiliko dira.
